• Christopher Rush, Co-Manager, Client Relations Department — Chris joined Kistler Tiffany Benefits in 2001 after having worked at Independence Blue Cross for nine years, primarily as a Commercial Accounts Representative. He received his BS in Business Management from West Chester University in 1991. In 1999, he earned an MBA from Eastern University. Chris is single and lives in Wayne, Pennsylvania.



• Deborah Hartnett, Co-Manager, Client Relations Department — Deb joined Kistler Tiffany Benefits in 2002. Previously, Deb worked at Aetna/ US Healthcare as a Provider Relations Representative and as a Medicare Marketing Representative. She received her B.S. in Business Management from Seton Hall University in 1989. Deb is single and lives in Exton, Pennsylvania.
